Privacy Notice

1. Who we are

CEO-OS is a product in development by PactaSoft, a company based in the United States. PactaSoft is responsible for the personal information described in this notice and is the “controller” of it where data-protection laws use that term.

2. What this notice covers

This notice covers the CEO-OS website at ceoos.pactasoft.com and its early-access waitlist. It does not cover the future CEO-OS product, which will have its own terms and privacy notice, or other PactaSoft websites.

3. Information we collect

• What you enter in the waitlist form: your name, work email, company (optional), the interest path you choose (Founder, Team or Scale), the AI roles you select, and your consent, with the time and the version of the consent wording you agreed to.
• Bot-protection signals: when you submit the form, Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information about your browser and connection to check that you are a person. We receive only a pass or fail result.
• Standard server logs: our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request details to deliver and secure the site.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not buy or receive information about you from data brokers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

4. How we use it

• To manage your place on the waitlist and contact you about early access.
• To send you relevant CEO-OS product updates, which you agreed to when you joined.
• To understand which roles and workflows interest people, so we can prioritise development.
• To protect the website from spam and abuse.

Joining the waitlist is not a purchase or subscription, and we take no payment. We rely on your consent for waitlist contact and updates, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure. We do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

CEO-OS does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept or Reject optional third-party services:

• Optional, only with your consent: Google Fonts, which loads the site’s typefaces from Google’s servers. If you reject it, the site uses fonts already on your device.
• Strictly necessary, always on: your banner choice, saved in your browser’s local storage, and Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs only on the waitlist form to block spam and abuse. Turnstile does not use cookies for advertising or tracking.

You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We use these service providers, which process it on our behalf and only to provide their services:

• Cloudflare: website hosting, security and Turnstile bot protection.
• Supabase: secure database storage for waitlist entries.
• Resend: internal email notifying our team of new signups.
• Google Fonts: only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. It delivers the site’s typefaces, which means your browser’s IP address is sent to Google.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to a successor if PactaSoft or CEO-OS is reorganised or acquired. In that case this notice would continue to apply.

7. Where it is stored

PactaSoft is based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses offered by our providers.

8. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent, or we close the waitlist. In any case, we delete it no later than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you have become a CEO-OS customer, in which case the product’s own privacy notice applies.

9. Your choices and rights

You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any update we send, or by emailing privacy@pactasoft.com. Depending on where you live, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California and other US states, you may also have the right to:

• know about and access the personal information we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate information;
• delete your information;
• receive a copy in a portable format;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email privacy@pactasoft.com from the address you used to join. We will respond within 30 days, or sooner if the law requires. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

10. Security

The site is served only over HTTPS. Waitlist entries are stored in a database that is not reachable from the public website, and only authorised PactaSoft staff can access them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

11. Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will update the effective date above. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you by email before it applies to you.
